Description

You will support the Finance Controller team to improve understanding of transaction processes and inventory flows within a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex system and process incidents, implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing solutions and best practices to increase operational efficiency.
  • Streamline financial and supply chain processes where possible, communicating improvements to management.
  • Serve as a consultant to management on core process matters.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with Finance/Supply Chain transactions and inventory management using Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Proficiency with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite).
  • Functional finance system knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project activities under pressure while adapting to changing requirements.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-management in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to leading project components and recommending process improvements.
  • Mandarin speaking ability.
