You will support the Finance Controller team to improve understanding of transaction processes and inventory flows within a manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex system and process incidents, implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing solutions and best practices to increase operational efficiency.
- Streamline financial and supply chain processes where possible, communicating improvements to management.
- Serve as a consultant to management on core process matters.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Finance/Supply Chain transactions and inventory management using Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proficiency with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite).
- Functional finance system knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project activities under pressure while adapting to changing requirements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-management in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to leading project components and recommending process improvements.
- Mandarin speaking ability.
