Description

You will manage client portfolio collections and accelerate cash flow through rigorous accounts receivable management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage client account collections, distribute statements of accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Review customer aging reports and coordinate with customers regarding missing remittances for the cash applications team.
• Resolve payment disputes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document all collection activities, including notes and promises, within the system and assist with collection forecasting.
• Prepare documentation for weekly collection meetings.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and order-to-cash fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with integrity, and meet strict timelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience using Oracle and GetPaid.
