Description

You own financial planning, analysis, and strategic reporting functions for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for P&L and balance sheet metrics, including Plans, LBEs, and LRPs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
• Maintain division and functional planning calendars and develop models for financial consolidation.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Perform month-end close activities, including revenue tie-outs, journal entries, and project spend analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong FP&A background supporting enterprise-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience in Data Analysis.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Required manufacturing experience.
• Recent Fortune 500 company experience.
