Description

Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend solutions for outstanding balance cash application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external clients to research, resolve, or escalate issues regarding receivables.
• Analyze open receivable trends, including payment frequency and root cause analysis.
• Manage and prioritize the cash application process for high-risk customers.
• Identify and recommend system or process modifications to improve efficiency.
• Provide required financial reporting to Account Managers, clients, and auditors.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or insurance-related roles or processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issue handling.
• Understanding of confidentiality and integrity standards.
