Description

You will manage the computation, classification, and recording of numerical data to maintain complete financial records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, or computer systems.
• Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements.
• Debit, credit, and total accounts within spreadsheets and databases using specialized accounting software.
• Apply accounting and mathematical principles to ensure record accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using specialized accounting software and databases.
• Strong understanding of accounting and mathematical principles.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies and regulations related to accounting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
