You will manage debt financing processes, regulatory compliance, and credit evaluations within the energy market.
Responsibilities
Support long-term debt financing by preparing offering documents, pro forma financial statements, and managing investor diligence.
Ensure compliance for the long-term debt portfolio and respond to investor, regulatory, and auditor inquiries.
Execute debt-related reporting for SEC filings and internal management.
Manage accounting for the debt portfolio and reconcile daily cash activity between bank and accounting systems.
Perform credit evaluations on approximately 100 counterparties, monitor collateral, guarantees, and letters of credit, and prepare annual RFPs to assign credit amounts.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and Word.
Experience with SAP.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints and prioritize workloads.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
