Responsibilities

• Organize complex data sets and conduct research to support financial reporting.
• Document findings and report on analyses in a logical, effective manner.
• Prioritize job assignments to complete tasks within deadlines, occasionally with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve group objectives.
• Adapt to changing environments and implement process changes proactively.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAC, and finance functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Tables, and Database formulas.
• Strong analytical, research, and data organization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and standard file organization procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with utility finance or the NYISO market.
• Working knowledge of SAP BI or NYISO DSS.
• Understanding of corporate finance and governmental regulations within the utility sector.
