Description

Support quarterly revenue, expense, and balance sheet reporting for the IM Segment while driving FP&A deliverables for external disclosures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Compile sensitivity analyses and scenario framing to inform senior management and risk discussions.
• Produce weekly summaries of projected IM results, including net flows, AUM, and P&L.
• Analyze expense drivers and support quarterly expense reporting for the IM Segment.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting to ensure integrity and consistency in 10K/Q/14Q disclosures.
• Enhance forecasting, reporting, and control processes to improve efficiency and analytical rigor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with colleagues at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial software applications such as TM1.
