Description

Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Conduct variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain the Oracle Account reconciliation portal and ensure all supporting documentation meets SOX compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing materials and participating in walkthroughs and testing.
• Maintain the Oracle Account reconciliation portal and ensure SOX compliance for all documentation.
• Contribute to accounting initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of total accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle ARCS and Kyriba.
• Experience with improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
