Description

Own the financial close process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain the Oracle Account reconciliation portal and ensure all supporting documentation meets SOX compliance standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing materials and participating in walkthroughs and testing.
• Contribute to accounting initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of total accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle ARCS and Kyriba.
• Experience with improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
