Manage payroll operations, ensure accurate payment processing, and drive compliance and efficiency improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll programs, including tax, garnishments, and general operations, to ensure accurate payment and reporting.
• Lead payroll-related projects by coordinating timelines, facilitating meetings, and validating data through testing.
• Develop and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and Human Resources to resolve payroll issues and support compliance.
• Apply root cause analysis and analytical reasoning to assess problems and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of related work experience in HR or Payroll.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and complex formulas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to relay complex information succinctly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, set priorities, and follow through on decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data and plan organizational goals using experience and judgment.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience performing HR, Payroll, reporting applications, and system integrations.
• Project or process management experience.
