Description

You will manage financial tracking, analysis, and reporting for projects with varying contract types and complexity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own project start-up and close-out processes, including monthly program revenue, cost management, and profit recognition.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, DFARS/FAR, CAS, estimating systems, and disclosure statements.
• Interpret regulatory changes to determine their impact on active programs.
• Manage project cash and working capital while handling varying contract sizes and complexities.
• Work independently and within cross-functional teams to manage project financials.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of the defense contracting regulatory environment, specifically DFARS and CAS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing project cash and working capital.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Estimating System compliance.
• Proficiency with Hyperion Planning and Excel Smart View add-in.
