Description

You will join the FP&A team to support financial strategy and decision-making through rigorous analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute financial analysis and reporting packages based on current performance data.
• Develop detailed three-statement financial forecasts incorporating key operational metrics.
• Provide decision support to business stakeholders through ad hoc financial and operational reporting.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to model the impact of variable changes on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Build financial projection models to evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• Proven ability to model three integrated financial statements.
• Experience working with large datasets to develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Office suites.
• Experience using ERP and planning software such as NetSuite or Workday Adaptive.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail with a consistent habit of self-checking work for accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
