You build driver-based financial models to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across core and emerging business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for forecasting and reporting.
• Run sensitivity analysis and provide data analytics to assess risk and opportunity.
• Drive operational excellence through automation and standardization of financial processes.
• Consolidate financial reporting across core and emerging strategic business units.
• Deliver insights on key business metrics using data visualization to advise performance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of FP&A or related Finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Tableau, TM1, Alteryx, and PowerBI.
• Proven analytical rigor with the ability to lead and set objectives.
• Strong communication skills to influence decision-making across teams.
• Ability to take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving operational excellence through automation.
