You will manage financial analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute data analytics to derive actionable insights for the business.
• Lead significant process improvement projects while managing concurrent deliverables.
• Manage time-sensitive issues through proactive follow-up and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management levels to build working relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and current accounting concepts.
• Proven experience in data analytics and insight-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex process improvement projects.
