Description

You will manage financial reporting, accounts receivable, and process documentation to support management and client needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and presentations of complex financial data and metrics for management and third parties.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Record financial transactions, apply payments to accounts, and generate client invoices.
• Maintain accounting process controls and implement approved modifications.
• Develop desktop procedures and process documentation for your area of responsibility.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Demonstrated experience using financial systems and computer literacy.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting skills and concepts.
• Strong communication skills for presenting information to internal audiences and client groups.
• Basic project management skills and ability to contribute to project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Oracle or other business financial systems.
• Strong customer service experience and attention to detail.
