Description

You own inventory and standard cost activities across financial and MES systems. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Research discrepancies and identify errors in disconnected financial and MES systems.
• Prepare and submit Internal Order (IO) requests according to established procedures.
• Manage DocuSign form entries and maintain related documentation.
• Review and update documentation to reflect system changes and process improvements.
• Support ad hoc requests, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft and SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and inventory management.
