Description

You will build and manage data pipelines and assets to support complex financial, actuarial, and accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL processes from multiple data sources to transform and load data into accounting workflows.
• Develop data pipelines to reconcile cash to accounting ledgers and create financial reporting for reinsurance and captive partners.
• Create pipeline adjustments to source system data to correct values and assist in system programming bug fixes.
• Manage exception reporting for cross-functional workflows and build data health and process control reports.
• Develop data assets to support profitability segmentation, financial projections, reserving, and statutory regulatory reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.
• Proficiency with Python and PySpark.
• Expertise in Microsoft SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience with SQL and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience managing pre-month end and post-month end financial reporting processes.
• Experience using UC4.
• Proven track record of building data assets for actuarial, FP&A, and audit functions.
• Degree in any field of study.
