Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to define clear business objectives.
• Facilitate gathering and elicitation of requirements from stakeholders.
• Prioritize user stories and manage work within Agile sprints.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and propose process improvements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Financial services (Capital Markets, Banking, Cards & Payments, Risk, or Regulatory reporting).
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming.
• Proven experience in Business Analyst and Functional Analyst practices.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.
• Ability to author detailed documentation, including user stories and test scripts.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
