Description

You will analyze and redesign financial workflows within a legacy Child Support system.

Responsibilities

• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements independently.
• Collaborate with functional managers to design intuitive financial modules.
• Design user-friendly enhancements like guided navigation and contextual help.
• Support core financial processes including order entry, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years supporting financial operations (Receipts, Distributions, Disbursements, Recoupments, Reconciliation).
• 5+ years working with Child Support or related government systems.
• 5+ years designing and optimizing system workflows.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• 5+ years conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft TFS and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
