Description

You will oversee all accounting and financial operations, including supervising HR staff and managing treasury administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the monthly close process and manage treasury administration.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual client billing, service billing, and reimbursement collections.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly owner reports, reforecasts, and annual budgets.
• Develop and implement policies to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in GAAP.
• Fluency in Spanish for LATAM-related operations.
• Experience managing billing, collections, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reforecasting.
• Ability to work on-site in Folsom, CA.
• Any graduate degree.
