Description

You will manage financial operations and multi-country reporting for US and Indian entities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and Indian GAAP/Ind-AS.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and consolidate reports for international entities.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures across jurisdictions.
• Manage the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors in both regions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory filings including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and US Sales Tax.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Expertise in US GAAP, Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and IFRS.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS.
• Experience managing multi-entity financial reporting for international operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transfer pricing and international taxation.
• Prior experience in the technology, manufacturing, or service sectors.
• Experience working with cross-border teams.
