Description

You will manage financial data cycles and support application backlog priorities through technical and business analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly manual cycle processing, validations, and reruns, including weekend support as needed.
• Write SQL scripts to analyze database content for incident resolution and service requests.
• Interpret ETL and Unix scripts to troubleshoot inbound and outbound data flows.
• Manage incident tickets and service requests within established SLAs.
• Document business and IT procedures, user guides, and system protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Systems Analyst, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in writing SQL scripts to pull and analyze data directly from databases.
• Ability to navigate and interact with databases.
• Experience managing service requests and incident tickets under SLA requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret ETL processes.
• Experience interpreting Unix scripts for troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle OFSAA (Financial Services Analytical Applications) or equivalent software.
• Understanding of finance processes.
