Description

You will build and manage internal data systems, accounting development tools, and cloud environments to support finance and accounting operations.

Build cloud container environments on Azure using Terraform. Create scalable data environments using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory. Implement automated controls, data validation, and scheduling with Apache Airflow. Translate business requirements into technical execution for migration initiatives. Identify root causes for business challenges to improve accounting close efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud infrastructure on Azure using Terraform.
• Build scalable data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Implement workflow orchestration and validation using Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate with development teams on migration initiatives.
• Optimize accounting close processes through strategic technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data or systems engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services and infrastructure deployment.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Expertise with GitHub for source control and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure Synapse.
• Ability to work with C# or other programming languages.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for application deployment.
