Description

You will serve as the end-to-end lead for large-scale, complex projects and strategic programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project inception, planning, solution design, and build to ensure benefit achievement and KPI measurement.
• Manage overall project scope, timing, and budget while ensuring business value is delivered.
• Oversee workstream leads and subordinate project managers to track progress and resolve escalated risks or dependencies.
• Develop statements of work, stakeholder management plans, resource allocation, and budgeting or forecasting models.
• Monitor project performance for deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain conformance with company standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing the full project life cycle for large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools for analysis and reporting.
• Strong ability to manage interdependencies and synergies across multiple workstreams.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills including the ability to interpret diverse information.
• Experience in risk identification, contingency tracking, and issue mitigation.
• Proficiency in building detailed project plans, resource plans, and forecasting models.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
