Description

You will oversee investment governance and provide operational support to the Technology and Data Demand Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Capture Epic and demand financials within the investment tracking process to ensure proper funding and business case approvals.
• Assess and implement tools to facilitate investment governance, simplify financial collection, and automate reporting.
• Facilitate business transformation by monitoring strategic changes and developing change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Prepare professional presentations and deliverables with a focus on clear messaging and attention to detail.
• Support the Demand Intake process and collaborate with the Demand lead on stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of program or portfolio management experience, specifically managing financial/investment portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to measure success through investment tracking.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and practices.
• Proficiency in editing and written composition for executive presentation materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization.
• CSM certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.
