Description

You will lead the development of solutions within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development scrum team and resolve technical blockers.
• Advise the team on development strategies, deciding between Out-of-the-Box functionality and custom code.
• Review technical architecture documents and BRDs to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct peer code reviews to enforce coding standards.
• Lead sprint demos and secure business sign-off for completed work.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of development experience in Salesforce.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC Development.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development.
• Ability to interpret technical architecture documents and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Experience in leading development sprints and demos.
• Skill in pushing developed or modified components to a code repository.
