Description

You will provide technical support and optimization for supply chain finance systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ERP finance modules and homegrown systems.
• Maintain system reliability and performance for supply chain finance operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and HQ IT to design and implement system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support for new initiatives.
• Analyze supply chain finance workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving systems analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Oracle.
• Experience supporting finance systems and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and cost allocation processes.
• Ability to bridge technical requirements with business and finance needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
