Description

You will manage and administer financially oriented software products to support finance operations and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer financial software products, managing user access, permissions, and deactivations.
• Support the Finance team during month-end close through troubleshooting and custom reporting.
• Act as the primary client-side stakeholder for system implementations and project manage internal initiatives.
• Maintain IT controls and support SOX policies by logging and maintaining support tickets.
• Scope, build, test system customizations, and automate manual tasks to improve product features.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in systems implementation and administration.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Coupa, Workiva, ZenDesk, or Workato.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working within a SOX environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with management and vendors.
