Financial Systems Consultant

Support technology projects across Treasury, Financial Reporting, and Procurement to streamline business processes and improve financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project plans covering requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration.
• Configure and maintain finance applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and reports.
• Manage user access and security settings across multiple finance applications.
• Oversee data integration processes, including imports, exports, and integrations between OneStream, ERP, and Treasury platforms.
• Provide user support for financial, consolidation, and reporting applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Microsoft Access and Excel VBA.
• 5+ years of experience in finance projects including development, automation, and Financial Systems Administration.
• 2+ years of experience with third-party systems covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial planning and budgeting.
• Proven experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.
• Deep understanding of OneStream architecture, data integration, and security features.
• Expertise in financial system configuration, data modeling, data transformation, and data pipeline management.
• Experience with internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Integrity, CashOptix, Blackline, UiPath, or Alteryx.
• Background in corporate finance or supporting a corporate finance team.
• Experience communicating technical matters to C-Suite stakeholders.
