Description

Configure and maintain finance applications to streamline business processes and improve financial controls across Treasury, Financial Reporting, and Procurement.

Formulate project plans covering requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration. Configure dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and reports. Manage user access and security settings across multiple finance applications. Oversee data integration processes, including imports, exports, and integrations between OneStream, ERP, and Treasury platforms. Provide user support for financial, consolidation, and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project plans for requirements, testing, implementation, and migration.
• Configure and maintain finance applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage user access and security settings across multiple finance applications.
• Oversee data integration processes between OneStream, ERP, and Treasury platforms.
• Provide user support for financial, consolidation, and reporting applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Microsoft Access and Excel VBA.
• 5+ years of experience in finance projects including development, automation, and Financial Systems Administration.
• 2+ years of experience with third-party systems covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial planning and budgeting.
• Proven experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.
• Deep understanding of OneStream architecture, data integration, and security features.
• Expertise in financial system configuration, data modeling, data transformation, and data pipeline management.
• Experience with internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Integrity, CashOptix, Blackline, UiPath, or Alteryx.
• Background in corporate finance or supporting a corporate finance team.
• Experience communicating technical matters to C-Suite stakeholders.
