Description

Provide administrative and financial support for agency staff, vendors, and subgrant processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to agency staff and maintain professional communication with vendors and contractors.
• Document the receipt of goods and services within the statewide accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records for subgrants and conduct financial reviews of subgrant close-out information.
• Assist the Grants Officer with obtaining grant agreement signatures and communicating awards to subgrantees.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using Adobe to edit PDF documents.
• Experience providing customer support.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
