Financials Business Systems Analyst

You will manage Oracle EBS financial systems, focusing on issue resolution, system enhancements, and business requirement translation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze IT incidents and service disruptions affecting Oracle EBS financial modules.
• Perform system configuration changes and customizations to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into system designs, workflows, and user stories.
• Develop and execute functional and regression test scripts, including leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze data flows to develop mapping and integration plans across applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials ERP modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ERP system implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience with process automation, system integrations, and finance-related technology initiatives.
• Background in financial/accounting and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulatory requirements.
