Description

Lead the design, development, and testing of Fineos applications within the disability and absence management domain. You will set technical direction and enforce best practices for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Fineos applications using FPL and FPK.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and with QA teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Conduct technical assessments, perform code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep knowledge of Fineos architecture and data models.
• Proficiency in Fineos programming languages, specifically FPL and FPK.
• Experience with Fineos integrations, including web services and APIs.
• Mandatory experience working with Integrated Disability & Absence Management.
• Strong background in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams through complex technical lifecycles.
