Lead financial optimization for cloud operations by designing frameworks that balance scalability with cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement FinOps frameworks to optimize cloud costs and ensure scalability.
• Develop and implement financial governance models for cloud resources.
• Analyze cloud spending patterns to provide actionable cost-saving recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud usage with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on FinOps principles and practices.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in cloud cost management and financial governance.
• Proven expertise in AWS or Azure.
• Deep understanding of cloud services, pricing models, and usage patterns.
• Experience in financial modeling and budgeting for cloud projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically for cloud cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform certifications such as AWS Certified FinOps Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure FinOps Engineer.
