EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

·         Master’s degree in Finance or MBA in Finance or closely related field

·         Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as Business Analyst in FCC domain

·         Very good understanding and hands-on experience on FircoSoft ver 60 On Cloud

·         Good domain knowledge of FCC domain specifically Transaction screening

·         Experience in working on transformation programs for a full IT lifecycle

·         Experience of managing coordinating and working with Sr client stakeholders and technical team

·         Ability to work Cross functionally to remove blockers for the team

·         Ability to elicit unstated requirements and document them

·         Creating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications and back logs based on business requirements

·         Ability to analyze the business requirements write user stories FSD and suggest relevant design solutions

·         Facilitating design sessions with the business stakeholder solution architects and development team to define the solution

·         Participation in all phases of functional discussion to provide support as subject matter expert and to ensure smooth rollout of projects
