Description

You will manage and optimize Fircosoft systems to ensure regulatory compliance and transaction monitoring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fircosoft rules to detect suspicious transactions and potential violations.
• Configure Fircosoft application software, database objects, and server environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and IT teams to optimize the platform.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and draw conclusions regarding potential violations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Fircosoft systems.
• Deep knowledge of OFAC, UKHMT, EU, and UNS sanctions regulations.
• Proficiency with Oracle and MSSQL databases.
• Experience working with structured data formats including ISO 20022, RDF, and XML.
• Strong analytical skills for pattern identification in complex datasets.
• Ability to manage database objects and server environment configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Fircosoft with existing financial operations workflows.
