Description

You will lead the end-to-end upgrade of the Fircosoft platform to Version V6, ensuring minimal disruption to production sanction screening operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing screening configurations, rule sets, and workflows to perform impact assessment and upgrade planning for migration to the cloud-native V6 architecture.
• Execute installation, configuration, and environment setup for Fircosoft V6 across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Migrate and validate watchlists, screening rules, filters, and case management workflows, ensuring functional and regulatory equivalence.
• Design and manage event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming between Fircosoft and upstream/downstream systems.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and defect resolution while managing production deployment and cutover planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Fircosoft platform administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and partitions.
• Experience with cloud-native platform migrations and environment management.
• Strong understanding of sanction screening operations and compliance workflows.
• Ability to perform parallel run testing to validate alert accuracy and false positive rates.

• Experience with Fircosoft Trust.
