Description

Lead the end-to-end upgrade of the Fircosoft platform to Version V6 on a cloud-native Java microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing screening configurations, rule sets, and workflows to plan and execute migration to Fircosoft V6.
• Design and manage event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming with upstream and downstream systems.
• Execute installation, configuration, and environment setup across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Migrate and validate watchlists, screening rules, filters, and case management workflows to ensure functional and regulatory equivalence.
• Lead parallel run testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing to validate alert accuracy and processing consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Fircosoft (Firco Continuity) platform upgrades and administration.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and partitions.
• Experience with cloud-native platform deployment and configuration.
• Strong understanding of sanction screening operations, watchlists, and compliance workflows.
• Ability to perform impact assessments, data migration, and integration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fircosoft Trust.
• Background in batch processing optimization and performance tuning.
