Description

Lead the end-to-end upgrade of the Fircosoft platform to Version V6, managing migration to a cloud-native architecture with minimal production disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing screening configurations and rule sets to plan migration to the Fircosoft V6 cloud-native microservices architecture.
• Execute installation, configuration, and environment setup across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Migrate watchlists, screening rules, and case management workflows, ensuring functional and regulatory equivalence.
• Design event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming with upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead testing activities including parallel run validation, SIT, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Fircosoft (Firco Continuity) platform upgrades and administration.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions).
• Experience managing cloud-native platform deployments and environment configurations.
• Ability to perform impact assessments, migration planning, and data migration validation.
• Strong understanding of sanction screening operations, rule sets, and compliance workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
