Description

You will configure and support FircoSoft real-time screening systems for financial compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain FircoSoft (v6.12.3+), including Continuity, Trust, and Compliance Link (FCL).
• Design and implement screening rules, filters, and matching algorithms for AML, Sanctions, and PEP screening.
• Manage real-time transaction and message screening, processing SWIFT, XML, and ISO 20022 formats.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, batch processes, and real-time streaming.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for screening environments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with LexisNexis FircoSoft (v6.12.3 or similar).
• Strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and PEP screening domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle or relational databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Scripting skills in Shell or Python.
• Experience with APIs and batch/real-time integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability.
• Exposure to cloud-native applications and real-time streaming platforms.
