Description

You will manage and secure network perimeters across diverse environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA, Check Point, Juniper SRX, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Implement and optimize firewall policies and rules.
• Execute firewall migrations and upgrades.
• Analyze logs and traffic to identify and resolve security issues.
• Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in firewall engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ASA, Check Point, Juniper SRX, and Palo Alto.
• Experience with VPN, NAT, and HA configurations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical tasks.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and network monitoring.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Must be based in the US.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with network and security teams on architecture.
