What's the Job?

• Architect, develop, and verify manageability firmware running in an embedded RTOS environment.
• Support firmware deployment in reference designs and ODM server platform designs.
• Collaborate with internal debug teams, validation teams, and customer teams to ensure firmware quality and performance.
• Develop firmware for system management controllers using C and assembly language.
• Participate in Agile and milestone-driven product development activities to meet project goals efficiently.

What's Needed?

• 0–2 years of firmware development experience, particularly for system management controllers.
• Knowledge of IPMI, DCMI, and SMASH standards.
• Experience integrating firmware with platform, BIOS, and OS components.
• Proficiency in programming with C and assembly language.
• Strong debugging skills and experience working in embedded Linux OS environments; FreeRTOS experience is preferred
