Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead firmware development for controller processors and microcontrollers used in programmable AC/DC power products.
• Perform requirement study, create design documentation, implement firmware (coding), and execute testing.
• Collaborate with test engineers to validate implementation against performance specifications and technical requirements.
• Review technical requirements, develop project plans, and provide weekly progress updates to team lead/engineering manager.
• Coordinate with hardware and software teams to support end-to-end product development and integration.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware development for processors and microcontrollers.
• Firmware development experience with embedded systems using Embedded C and Embedded C++.
• Strong proficiency in Linux for embedded development and debugging workflows.
• Microcontroller fundamentals including architecture, interrupts, and timing; hands-on experience with UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
• GUI experience using Qt (or equivalent) and embedded control features including PWM and eCapture modules.

Good to Have:

• Socket programming experience.
• Experience with LVGL.
• Relevant certifications.

Education: Any Graduation (Electronics & Communication / Electrical engineering preferred)
