Description

Lead the design and development of real-time embedded systems and low-level software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and develop embedded software using object-oriented analysis and C++.
• Develop device drivers and low-level embedded software.
• Implement automated tests using Python.
• Manage real-time embedded development workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in firmware and RTOS software engineering.
• Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with real-time embedded development.
• Experience with ARM architecture.
• Knowledge of embedded bare metal and Linux environments.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet, USB, or PCI.
• Proven ability to manage a team of engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing software to IEC 61508 or IEC 62443 standards.
• Experience developing automated tests in Python.
