Description

Lead technical architecture and development for industrial automation products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architectures using Modbus, Foundation fieldbus, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Develop C++ applications to validate design concepts and drive product development.
• Write automated test cases using Python to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and prioritize the product backlog and bug fixes.
• Perform system design, code reviews, and troubleshooting to meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS.
• Proficiency in C++ for application development.
• Experience with Python for automated testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, Modbus, and Foundation fieldbus.
• Experience with Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) networks including EtherNet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
• Ability to create functional specifications, use cases, and detailed business requirements.
• Experience managing engineering project lifecycles and stakeholder communication.
