Description

Design, develop, and validate embedded software for microcontrollers and processors in IoT and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirement analysis, system design, development, porting, and validation for embedded systems.
• Develop multi-threaded real-time embedded, IoT, and mobile applications using C++ and OOP principles.
• Model circuit designs using Proteus and MATLAB to support hardware integration.
• Program Linux device drivers and manage hardware debugging using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Embedded C, Python, Java, and C#.
• Experience with Android BSP and Embedded Linux.
• Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzers, and CROs.
• Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, UART, TCP/IP, Bluetooth, J1939, and J1587.
• Experience with ARM assembly and high-performance coding.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Linux (Ubuntu, Debian), UNIX, WinCE, QNX, and Windows.
• Competency with debugging tools such as GNU Debugger, JTAG, and Spectrum Debugger.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Green Hills Software (GHG) compilers and Catapult.
• Knowledge of Win32 API and Qt frameworks.
