Description

You will design, lead, and execute firmware development projects within a lab testing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers through project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Build and test prototypes in a lab setting using specialized hardware tools.
• Write technical reports documenting testing results and development progress.
• Manage communication and oversight for all assigned projects and external service providers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of firmware design experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience using C# and the .NET framework.
• Proven experience leading projects from planning through to execution and control.
• Hands-on experience in a lab testing environment.
• Ability to manage technical communication with third-party suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of electrical schematics.
• General hardware knowledge.
