Description

You will design, develop, and implement firmware solutions for Surface devices. You will own the validation and testing lifecycle on proprietary hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement firmware for new device hardware.
• Conduct software validation and testing on proprietary systems.
• Analyze system requirements and document technical specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues during testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware-software integration.

Required Skills

• Firmware development and deployment.
• Windows platform familiarity and usability debugging.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with software design principles.
• Proficiency with debugging tools and unit testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in firmware or software development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Surface devices or similar hardware platforms.
