Description

You will develop, integrate, and maintain UEFI, MCU, and embedded firmware to support new platform bring-up and hardware enablement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UEFI and low-level firmware using C/C++.
• Support platform bring-up, early hardware enablement, and BSP integration.
• Debug and resolve system-level stability, performance, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with hardware, validation, and silicon partner teams to stabilize new platforms.
• Contribute to firmware validation, automation, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in UEFI and low-level firmware development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and C programming.
• Hands-on experience with MCU firmware and OS/driver interactions.
• Proven ability to debug complex hardware-firmware-software integration issues.
• Experience working in cross-vendor or multi-company environments.
• Familiarity with source control, build systems, and CI pipelines.
• Knowledge of EEPROM behavior in embedded contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in firmware validation or test infrastructure.
• Background in platform bring-up for consumer or commercial devices.
